Nice long power chord. Color coding might be useful to some. Convenient on/off switch. Luckily I've never had to see how it holds up in a power surge, but I've had it for about six months now with absolutely no problems. It seems to be built sturdy and with quality parts.

I think this is more surge protector than we need as I'm not into all the gizmos that most folks have but I am so happy to have purchased this. The PowerCenter is an excellent item to purchase if you have multiple electronics to plug in at one central location. I think it is awesome and I recommend that everyone buy one for themselves.
