 "Excellent price, works perfectly." 2009-09-30
By Christopher Koch (Seattle, WA)
I paid $2.99+tax at Frys electronics for this (sorry Amazon), In order to test up my new 24" Samsung Syncmaster LCD with a full 1080p native resolution. my decision was based on price alone. When I opened the package I was suprised by the look, feel and apparent quality of the cable. I own many other cheap (all under $5 HDMI cables and this one looks and feels much more expensive. Plugged it in and it worked exactly as I expected it to; the TMDS coded algorithm made it from my motherboard to my monitor no problem, which means; same exact picture as I would get from a 20-100$ cable.

The only reason this manufacturer loses a star is because of the outrageous claims on the packaging that any 15 year old should be able to see as invalid. Example *enables increased contrast ratio, *eliminates on screen color banding, (here is the best) *lets HDTVs display colors more accurately.

The cable is great but it wont work any better than any other HDMI cable even one from the dollar store.

"Great until it wasn't. The Heads broke off 2 of the 3 cables. Be Very Gentle with these." 2009-06-09
By R. Opler (Seattle, WA)
Great picture quality in full 1080p, but the heads are very poorly constructed and two of the three cables I bought from them have now broken.

"Poor Quality Shows when Plugging and Un-plugging" 2009-06-01
By J. Greer
I had a similar experience as many others have with the gold plated end of my cables snapping off after unplugging them from my bluray and tv.

"an improvement over a more expensive cable" 2009-02-20
By L. Nolan (New York, NY United States)
I've only had it for a couple of days but the quality of viewing has improved over the Monster cable I had before. With the Monster, I used to get sound dropouts and very rough channel changes (with sound loss) when I went from regular to HD channels. None of that is happening with this new cable.

I have seen some concerns about longevity- my fingers are crossed! I have it hooked up to TV from cable box. I have not plugged and unplugged it repeatedly as others here have described.

"doesnt work for mac mini-dvi to dvi adaptor" 2009-08-10
By C. Sy (Bronx, NY United States)
Doesnt really work for my setup from macbook pro via mac/dvi to dvi adaptor to nec 1760nx monitor. dont know if its the adaptor, dvi-to-dvi eforce cable or the graphics card itself.

basically screen flickers blue or ultimately reverts back to only the macbook screen.

disappointing.

 "Eforcity 6Ft DVI cable" 2009-06-24
By Zebu (Cromwell, CT)
The delivery was fast and the cable came just as it was decribed. A good quality cable at a great price. It hooked up to my flat screen monitor and is working fine.

 "Decent Connection" 2009-04-19
By D. Vang
not the prettiest packaging but it does the job. the screw fasteners are a little flimsy tho.

 "good dvi cable" 2009-02-20
By I. Seletskiy
works just fine, inexpensive -- that was all that I was looking for in cable.

"Noticeable increase in picture quality" 2009-01-02
By Boban Mathew (NYS)
This is very good value for the money - a well shielded cable that does very good service on my generic 19" LCD panel. There is a significant improvement in sharpness over the thin analog cable I was using earlier, and the ghost image problems I experienced have been eliminated. Don't be a fool and spend more money than this on a cable.
