The Draper pull down screen is well made and large enough for room size viewing. It was easy to install to my ceiling and the only additional hardware required were two screw-in hooks that I bought at a hardware store. The price is surprisingly low for such a high quality product.

General
This is screen is a good deal for the money, but it has some quirks. It does have an odor from manufacturing, although this goes away pretty quickly if you leave the screen down for awhile rather than rolled up (an eye sore, I know). It provides a much better image than some other discount screen I've seen. Another option to consider are recessed installed screens, which are much less of an eyesore, but probably require a professional install. Projectors use much more energy than operating your TV and replacement lamps are expensive, so chances are you won't want to use it all the time.
Installation
The mounting hardware that comes with it is a little bizarre, so you may want use something else. I bought $1.00 worth of chain at home depot and a set of eye hooks, spray painted both to match the ceiling which attached to the two rings on the screen. For a wall mount you could probably use lag bolts or eyehooks. Either way you will want to use a 1/8" drill bit or similar to pre-drill the holes into the studs. With two people and at least one ladder, the install wasn't bad.
Pros:
+Inexpensive!
+Much better image than not having a screen.
Cons:
-Initial bad smell from manufacturing.
-Can be a bit of an eyesore when not in use.

I'm using it with a 720Pp projector and the result is faboulus. Moreover the 14" black header gives the flexibility to fix the wall screen to the ceiling of my basement without having an image to close to the ceiling itself. I highly recommend it

I am happy with this product. Some reviews complained about a "stench". Yes, there is a definite smell for a few days, but that goes away. Some reviews complained about the retraction mechanism. It is a little finicky, but if you apply gentle upward pressure while it retracts, there is usually not a problem. Overall, we are satisfied with this product.
